What is not allowed

• Copying, downloading, reposting or using any image from this website without written permission.
• Removing watermarks or using the images to train AI models.
• Using the images in ads, products or any commercial project without a license.

How clients can use their photos

Kevin Mumaw keeps the copyright of every image. Clients receive a personal-use license for the final edited photos delivered to them: you can print them, share them on your personal social media and keep them for your own use.

Commercial use (advertising, product sales, brand campaigns, resale) requires a commercial license, included in brand and campaign packages or available on request. The terms of your booking or contract take precedence over this page.

• Do not apply filters or edits that change the look of the final photos.

Portfolio use

Kevin Mumaw may use images from sessions in his portfolio, website and social media unless you ask otherwise before the session. Boudoir and private sessions are never shared without your explicit written permission.

Licensing and takedown requests

To license an image, or if you see our work used without permission, write to hello@kevinmumaw.com. If you believe something on this website infringes your rights, send us the details at the same address and we will review it promptly.
