Fotógrafo · Paseo La Princesa, Viejo San Juan
Paseo La Princesa PhotographerLanterns, city walls and the bay at sunset.
Photoshoots at Paseo La Princesa, the most romantic walk in Old San Juan. Antique lanterns, trees, the city wall and the Raíces Fountain facing the bay.
Where we shoot in Paseo La Princesa
The tree lined promenade
Lanterns and aligned trees create a tunnel that is perfect for walking, natural shots without stiff poses.
Raíces Fountain
The iconic sculpture facing the bay. At sunset the light hits it directly and the water sparkles.
The city wall and San Juan Gate
Centuries old stone and the red gate for portraits with true Old San Juan character.
Bay views
Cruise ships, sea and open sky to close the session in golden light.
Frequently asked questions
What time does the promenade look best?
One hour before sunset. Light comes through the trees, then the lanterns turn on for night shots.
Is it a good spot for a proposal?
One of my favorites. I can blend into the promenade and capture the proposal without her noticing.
Is it crowded?
It depends on the day. Weekdays are calm. If a cruise ship is in, we start early or move to the city wall.
Can we combine it with Old San Juan?
Yes. We usually shoot the cobblestone streets, the San Juan Gate and close at the promenade in golden light.
