How to prepare the property

Clean and clear surfaces: counters, nightstands and bathrooms. What is not clean shows.

Turn on every light and open the curtains. Light does half the work.

Park cars out of the facade's view.

If the property has a view or terrace, tell me when the sun hits it best.

Do you photograph full properties?
Yes. Interiors, exteriors and details, with natural light plus portable lighting so every space looks open, clean and real. I also shoot lifestyle frames around the property when you want to sell the experience, not just the space.
What about realtor portraits for my listings and signs?
Absolutely. You can combine your professional portraits with the property session in the same visit. We leave with photos for your listings, sign, cards and social.
How much is real estate photography in Puerto Rico?
Packages start from $200. For large properties, multiple units or monthly agent content, message me and I will prepare a custom quote.
How fast is delivery for a new listing?
A preview within a few days and the final gallery within two weeks. If the listing goes live sooner, I prioritize the key images so your launch is not delayed.
Can I use the photos on MLS, ads and social?
Yes. Images come with commercial usage rights for listings, portals, paid ads, social and print.
Do you travel outside the metro area?
Yes. I cover Dorado, Palmas, Rincón and other areas with a distance fee. Send me the location and I will confirm the cost.
